Seminars focus on transferring new information and knowledge. I do more talking but use a conversational format where questions and discussion are welcome throughout the session.
Workshops focus on how to apply new information to create positive change using activities, self-reflection, and group discussion. It is common to pair seminars and workshops together in a half or full day of learning and development.
Keynote Speaking is a one-way conversation where we introduce a large group to new ideas and information and allow some time for questions.
Leadership Advisory Services
Starting at $250 Per hour
Advisory work focuses on supporting one or a few Sr. Leaders by providing an expert thought partner. You might have a specific challenge where you need additional insight or a fresh perspective, or you are in progress on a strategic change and would benefit from guidance to keep you on course. Advisory work serves as a form of leadership development learning in the appropriate context along the way.
Advisory Work can be a single session of one or a few hours or be purchased as a bundle of hours, used over many months.
Pre- Strategy and Strategy Support
Starting at $1K
Strategy Support can take many forms. Most organizations seek help creating a new strategic plan. An undervalued role in strategy provides assessment of your current strategy and operating plan to consider if it is time for a new or modified plan. I help to determine how well your mission, vision, and values are working in your current culture and how that informs your strategic needs. Think of it as reviewing your recent progress, assessing your existing roadmap, and helping you decide what is your best path forward.
My expertise in macro industry and social trends can be helpful when considering modernizing efforts and navigating choppy waters.
